CLAY & SOUND HEALING | SUN 15 FEBRUARY 2026 | 1.00-5.00PM | N1 STUDIO

Join SkandiHus founder Stine Dulong and well known mantra artist & sound practitioner Ananda Monet for a nourishing afternoon of clay, sound healing and community.

This immersive workshop weaves together the grounding, tactile medicine of clay with the heart-opening power of sacred sound.

to begin the workshop, Stine will guide you through the meditative process of hand-building your own pinch pot: A simple, intuitive form that invites presence, patience and care. To end the afternoon, Ananda will facilitate a deeply nourishing sound healing and mantra journey.

Surrounded by warm tea, soft light and shared stillness, this is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and recalibrate. A gentle re-centring for body, heart and spirit.

Your handmade piece can become part of a daily ritual, a quiet moment of pause, or simply a vessel for beauty and intention when life feels busy. It will be ready to collect 8 weeks after the workshop once glazed and fired.

No prior experience is necessary. Just bring curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore clay and sound as tools for connection and healing.

Please note that Stine’s dog, Alfie, will be present during the workshop. He is very gentle and sweet.

ABOUT ANANDA MONET

Ananda Monet is a mantra artist and sound practitioner sharing music, sound healing, kirtan and conscious experiences that move the soul and inspire transformation.

Raised in a family of musicians practising bhakti yoga, Ananda grew up immersed in sacred sound and devotion. Educated in an environment where mantra meditation, yoga philosophy and sacred music were part of daily life, she developed a deep understanding of the connection between voice, heart and spirit, a foundation that has shaped her lifelong journey with sound.

Her Sanskrit album Inevitable Time, inspired by the epic Mahabharata, has been shared across the UK, Europe, the USA and Russia through the acclaimed live show Atma. She has collaborated with artists including Jahnavi Harrison, Radhika Das and Samadhi Dance Company, and contributed to Kirtan London, a non-profit making kirtan accessible to all.

In 2023, Ananda co-founded Sound Spa, offering sound baths and wellbeing retreats across the UK. Today, she continues to guide others through sound healing, mantra, retreats and vocal coaching, supporting people to reconnect with their inner voice and authentic expression.

ABOUT STINE DULONG

Stine Dulong is the founder of SkandiHus pottery studios. She left her career as a corporate lawyer in 2013 to follow her calling as a full-time potter. For Stine, clay became a gateway to profound transformation, reshaping not only her work, but her way of being in the world.

Through pottery, she discovered a slower, more mindful and joyful way of living, and it is now her greatest privilege to witness the deeply positive impact that working with clay has on her students.

Stine is also a bhakti yogi, weaving her spiritual practice into everything she does, from running her business to teaching pottery, yoga and facilitating retreats. For her, bhakti yoga is not just a path; it is life itself.

A small note on sustainability & values

We do our best to keep things gentle on the planet—recycling materials, using renewable energy, and keeping waste to a minimum. You can help too by reusing your course materials where possible and bringing your own packaging when collecting finished pieces.

We believe business can be a force for good—so alongside running joyful, creative studios, we’re committed to doing things properly:

  • Paying all staff London Living Wage or above

  • Running all kilns and wheels on 100% renewable energy

  • Keeping our spaces kind, inclusive and stress-free

  • Supporting causes like the ARC food bank and Ella’s, a charity helping survivors of trafficking

  • Donating profits from unclaimed pots to charity

  • Planting trees each year with One Tree Planted

Refund Policy

We’re a small, ethically run business, which means we pay our lovely team properly and keep our classes as accessible as possible. To make that work refunds aren’t possible on our workshops, so please do a happy little calendar dance before booking to double-check your dates!

That said, life happens! If things go sideways:

🤍 You can swap your Workshop booking to another Taster Class up to 14 days before your session.

🤍 Inside 14 days? No swaps, but you’re welcome to gift your spot to a mate or family member (spread the clay joy!).

Why so strict?
Each weekend, we get numerous last-minute change requests. If we said yes to all of them, we’d have to choose between cutting staff wages or hiking prices, and both options would make us really sad. By sticking to this policy, we keep things fair, keep our team happy, and keep our studios thriving.

Thanks for understanding - now let’s get making! 🤍✨🤍
